Let’s get the business part of this out of the way: The apartment is four bedrooms, with a living room, den, bathroom and kitchen. One of the bedrooms is a spare room, one is a weight room that you can use, one is our room and one could be yours. We have a washer and dryer in the apartment that you can use, as well as a BBQ. We have a Great Dane and a Rotti mix that I’m sure you will fall in love with, because they are fantastic. If you don’t love dogs, this isn’t the apartment for you. We also have two cats, so I'm afraid with the number of pets we have we can only accept one cat, at most. Rent is $275, plus hydro. Hydro ranges from $25-$100 each, depending on the season. We don’t have cable or internet, but that’s not to say you can’t get them. Now, for the things that really matter when looking for a roommate: We are a twenty-something lesbian couple, who are fairly domesticated. We don’t party, and rarely have company. Our apartment is our 'space' and we like to keep it private. We both work full time, and are planning on going back to University part time in September of 2012. I ride horses and pretty much live at the barn, and my girlfriend loves to work out and bike. We live a very healthy life style, and are hoping our next roommate does too. We are looking for an easy going roommate, who is respectful of the apartment and the things in it. Someone who changes the garbage, does their dishes and locks the front door behind them. If you have hippie tendencies, that is all the better. If you would sit with a book and a cup of tea in the living room, we would be best friends. Serious enquiries only, please. We have had less than ideal luck with roommates and really want to turn a new leaf and find someone that really fits well with us and our home.
